Eric Blum, MPA - University of Washington, BA in Government, Politics, Philosophy, and Ecnomics - Claremont McKenna College. Mr. Blum has more than 20 years of administrative experience in higher education, most recently serving as Associate Dean of the School of Continuing Studies, University of Redlands. Mr. Blum held similar positions at UC, Riverside and UCLA. Eric attends Yucaipa Christian Church, serves as Chair of the Barnabas Group Inland Empire and leads a Free Wheelchair Mission team on trips to Jamaica (www.jamobility.org).
Executive Vice President
Mark Leonard, MBA - California State University, San Bernardino, BA in Music Education – University of North Dakota. Mr. Leonard spent the early part of his professional career teaching music in public and private schools. He has worked in marketing for more than a dozen years in a variety of industries including non-profit, education, manufacturing, and healthcare. Mr. Leonard founded a consulting firm in 2011 specializing in marketing and strategic planning. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire Barnabas Group, Oak Valley College, and previously for the Inland Empire chapter of the American Marketing Association. Mr. Leonard is a leader in his local church in Redlands, The River Christian Reformed Church. He teaches marketing and directs the entrepreneurship program at OVC.
Aaron Hebbard, Ph.D. - University of Glasgow, BA and MA in Biblical Studies - Vanguard University. Dr. Hebbard earned his Ph.D. in Literature, Theology and the Arts. His dissertation was published in 2009, entitled, Reading Daniel as a Text in Theological Hermeneutics, and he is the author and editor of the forthcoming book, New 95 Theses for Reformation Today. He has also served as Professor of Theology and the Arts at Community Christian College in Redlands, California since 2004. In 2015, “Heb” planted Covenant Church where he continues to minister as pastor. Heb and his lovely wife Nicole have been married since 1991 and together they have six children, one married-in daughter, and one grandchild.
Dean of Admissions
Don Foor - Mr. Foor is a consultant, businessman, long-time pastor, and leader. Don has an amazing personal presence and charisma. He is able to connect with people at all levels, and is a true minister in giving back to ministries and serving. He served as a pastor for Simpson University where he ministered to young adults and found a desire to help students overcome everyday challenges - including concerns over financial issues and student debt. Don recently served as Managing Partner for the Barnabas Group-Inland Empire (www.barnabasgroup.org.)
Gayle Linn, MS in Educational Leadership, California Baptist University, BA in English, University of Texas. Gayle is an accomplished English teacher with vast experience teaching a wide range of students from Kindergarten through college. Her range of experience also extends to administrative service, having held positions of Dean of Academic Affairs for Community Christian College to Principal at Banner Elementary School. Gayle began her career serving in ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ (now Cru). As Senior Administrator, Gayle leads student advising and serves with a small group of academics on the Academic Review Committee.
Accreditation Liaison Officer
Betty Crocker, MSEd - University of Redlands. Betty consults and guides the accreditation process for the college. This integral position serves as lead counsel on accreditation matters with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
